Spring 2024 Registration Is Open

Good Evening Everyone!

We are excited to announce that registration for the Spring 2024 Season in OPEN!

Much like last season, we are going to build on the things that helped us become a better club for everyone. We are also going to make changes when we see a need. We are going to continue our relationship with Seattle Pacific University and Camp Casey, providing us with the best practice facility on Whidbey Island! When it comes to registration, we are going to change things a little bit.

REGISTRATION
When you sign up, your kid/kids will be placed on a wait list. Do not fear, they WILL HAVE A SPOT! We are doing this so that we have a better understanding of how many coaches we will need before the season starts. We will be closing registration March 1st. This will give us one month to tie up any loose ends, as well as give everyone enough time to order their uniforms.

UNIFORMS
If you have a uniform, YOU DO NOT NEED TO ORDER NEW ONES.If you do not have a uniform, ORDER YOUR UNFORMS HERE. https://cwscuniforms.itemorder.com/shop/product/25394895/PLEASE ORDER BEFORE GAMES START. IT TAKES AT LEAST 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

PRACTICES
Practice will start Monday, April 1st. Practices for all age groups will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, @ Camp Casey in Coupeville. Your coach will determine practice start times and length. Generally 1 hour for U10 and younger, and 1.5 hours for U12 and older. Please bring water, cleats, and shin guards. Also, please make sure that you talk with your children about how to act during practice.

GAMES
The first game day of the season will be Saturday, April 13th. Games will be every Saturday, with the exception of Memorial Day weekend. Games will be held at Fort Nugent in Oak Harbor, and South Whidbey Sports Complex in Langley. We will have a two day Tournament/Jamboree at the end of the season on June 15th and 16th.

COACHES
We are always in need of coaches. If you think you would like to coach, PLEASE REACH OUT! All age groups practice at the same place, around the same time. We do this in hopes of getting more participation from parents and families. Coaches will receive a discount on registration, up to three players. You will also receive a coaches sweatshirt. Your volunteer efforts are what make this organization what it is. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send an email to [email protected].
